The cottage is situated on a dead end road with 80 feet of water frontage on Blind Sodus Bay providing expansive views of the water and beautiful summer sunsets.  Sit back and relax in this fully furnished cottage that boasts an enclosed porch and deck over looking the bay and Lake Ontario.
This cozy living space has 2 queen bedrooms and one bath.  The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including stove with oven, microwave, drip coffee pot, toaster, crock pot and a selection of pots and pans, dishes and utensils.  Linens and towels are included.

Fair Haven is a quaint village filled with artists, writers and musicians and live music can be found most nights in the summer.   
There is a library, grocery store and scenic waterfront dining.  Boat launch and docking/mooring is available near by as well as.  kayak and water bike rentals.  A short 3 miles down the road are the sandy beaches of the Fair Haven Beach State Park. The Park also offers fishing, hiking, golfing and family activities.  Sterling Valley Nature Center is just a short drive away with trails for hiking along the lake.  The Renaissance Festival is open weekends July and early August.  Shop for local art and gift in the village.  If you happen to be there on a Saturday night be sure to stop by the village park for the weekly band concert.
